Theresa Bouchard

Owner & Co-Founder

Theresa Bouchard’s journey into the world of staging and interior design is a testament to following one’s passion. After a successful 30+ year career in the corporate world, she made the decision to transition into a field that allowed her creativity to take center stage.

For two decades, Theresa worked as a Senior Program Manager at a leading medical device company, where she developed strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. While her corporate career was both rewarding and impactful, her long-standing passion for interior design ultimately inspired her to pursue a new path—one where she could combine her business expertise with her creative vision.

Today, as Owner and Co-Founder of TS Staging and Design, Theresa brings a refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of how design influences perception. She has a natural ability to transform spaces using thoughtful combinations of color, texture, and style, enhancing each home’s unique character.

Her approach is both strategic and artistic. When staging homes, she focuses on maximizing visual appeal to attract buyers and increase property value. When working on interior design projects, she collaborates closely with clients to create spaces that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and needs.

Theresa’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence are at the core of everything she does. She is dedicated to delivering results that not only meet expectations but exceed them—creating spaces that feel inviting, functional, and timeless.

Stephanie Shue

Co-Founder & Lead Designer

Stephanie Shue brings both heart and creativity to TS Staging and Design. With over 19 years of experience in the non-profit sector, she has devoted much of her career to advocating for victims of domestic violence and supporting Maine’s foster care community.

Her work has been deeply rooted in helping others—whether by providing resources, finding safe homes, or supporting families through challenging transitions. While continuing her impactful role within the foster care system, Stephanie also channels her lifelong passion for design into her work as Co-Founder and Designer.

Stephanie has always had a natural talent for transforming spaces. From rearranging furniture to sourcing décor and offering creative insights, she has a keen ability to see the potential in any environment. Her design style is both thoughtful and approachable, focusing on creating spaces that feel warm, functional, and inviting.

At TS Staging and Design, Stephanie combines her design expertise with her dedication to helping people. She works closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, delivering personalized staging and interior design solutions that truly resonate.

Balancing her roles in both the nonprofit and design worlds, Stephanie is driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact. Whether she’s helping a family create a comfortable home or preparing a property for sale, her work is guided by compassion, creativity, and attention to detail.

Amber Bouchard

Lead Designer

Amber Bouchard’s path to becoming a staging and design professional is rooted in hands-on experience and a genuine love for creating beautiful, functional spaces.

She began her career in early childhood education, earning an associate’s degree in child development and spending several years working in the field. After choosing to focus on raising and homeschooling her two sons, Amber and her husband took on an exciting new challenge—purchasing and renovating properties.

Through the process of building and designing their dream home, Amber discovered her passion for interior decorating. This real-world experience gave her valuable insight into construction, layout planning, and the importance of cohesive design.

In 2021, Amber joined TS Staging and Design, bringing with her a unique perspective shaped by her personal renovation journey. Her ability to understand both the structural and aesthetic aspects of a home allows her to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also practical and livable.

As a Staging and Design Consultant, Amber plays a key role in transforming spaces for both homeowners and sellers. She is dedicated to continuously refining her skills and staying current with design trends while maintaining a focus on timeless style.

Her approachable nature and commitment to quality make her an integral part of the TS Staging and Design team.
